🔍 The ideal candidate should possess a combination of the following skills but not necessarily all of them:
Higher Education not required.
Hands-on practical experience essential.
Reading and writing skills.
Ability to understand the English language "not essential".
Basic understanding of mathematics.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Ability to set up machines and the correct use of tooling.
Understanding how to select the appropriate speeds and feeds.
Knowledge for selecting the correct cutting tools.
Proficiency in using measuring instrumentation.
Understanding different workholding methods for components to be machined.
Basic computer skills.
Work in a team.
Work overtime when requested.
