Homebase: Bali, Kupang, Sumbawa

Manpower development

Handling promotor team

Communicating with dealer & store

Ensuring capability promotor knowledge and improving selling skills

Monitoring and maintaining sell-out productivity

Key Performance Indicator (KPI) oriented

💼 Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any related field

Minimum 3 years of experience in handling and training teams

Strong leadership and communication skills

Excellent strategic planning and decision making

Familiarity with MS Office
