Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the needs, priorities, and aspirations of local communities

Design, implement, and manage CSR programs that address identified community needs and priorities

Build and maintain strong relationships with community members, government agencies, NGOs, and other stakeholders

Integrate sustainable development principles into community development strategies and CSR programmes

Develop robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks to assess the impact of CSR programmes on local communities

Provide training and capacity-building support to community members and local organisations

To succeed in this Senior Community Development Analyst (Placement in Sumbawa) role, you must have a proven track record in designing effective CSR programmes and your ability to engage with various stakeholders.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's or master's degree in Community Development, Social Work, International Development, Sociology, Anthropology, Social Science, or a related field

More than five years' experience dealing with extractive industry external/community relations or similar

Strong understanding of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) principles and sustainable development practices

Proven ability to design and implement effective CSR programmes

Experience in stakeholder engagement and building strong relationships

Ability to integrate sustainable development principles into community development strategies

Readiness to be placed in Sumbawa on a 12-month contract
