👨‍💼 PROJECT MANAGER 👩‍💼

🎓 Qualifications:

Minimum Master's Degree in Information Technology/Information Systems/Management

Age between 28 to 35 years old

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager

At least 9 years of Project Management Team (PMT) experience

Proficient in managing software development projects

Mastery in project management tools like Microsoft Project and Jira

Strong understanding of project management, risk, and strategy

Familiarity with Project Management methodologies (Scrum, Agile, Waterfall)

Preferably holds certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP)

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing) with minimum TOEFL score of 550 or IELTS 6.0

📝 Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of the project including resources, budgets, and schedules.

Monitor project progress, submit regular reports, and ensure adherence to the plan.

Direct project team members, provide support, and foster effective collaboration.

Coordinate with vendors and internal resources for project efficiency.

Implement and control project operations to ensure smooth execution.

Ensure projects are completed within budget, specifications, and timeline.

Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Conduct risk management to mitigate project risks.

Collaborate with program managers to align company projects with program objectives.
