🔹 Requirements:
🇮🇩 Indonesian citizen only (no foreigner).
🎓 High school diploma or equivalent.
✈️ Minimum 1 year experience in the Tourism industry.
💻 Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Numbers.
📝 Excellent English skills, both written and verbal.
🔍 Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling reservation information.
🔄 Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
💡 Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills for handling customer issues and complaints.
👥 Ability to work well in a team.
🇫🇷 Ability to speak French is a big plus.
📚 Knowledge about Notion is a plus.
📄 CVs must be submitted in English and accompanied by a recent photo.
