📝 About Us:
The East Bali Poverty Project (EBPP) is a non-profit organization founded in 1998, dedicated to supporting thousands of underprivileged families across 19 remote mountain communities in East Bali. Our initiatives encompass education, healthcare, water resources, sanitation, and road infrastructure, among others.
👩💼 Responsibilities:
🎯 Lead the team in implementing our Comprehensive Health Improvement program to achieve organizational targets.
📊 Plan, execute, monitor, and report on program activities.
🤝 Foster communication and collaboration with local government, community leaders, health centers, NGO partners, etc.
📱Create engaging social media content, including articles and impactful photos.
📝 Assist in grant writing and reporting.
✅ Requirements:
🎓 Bachelor's degree (S1) in Public Health or related field.
💼 Minimum 3 years of program leadership experience.
🔄 Quick adaptability.
👥 Excellent leadership and teamwork skills.
🇮🇩 Indonesian nationality, preferably based in Bali and willing to work in remote East Bali villages.
💬 Strong communication skills, comfortable working with mothers, children, and teenagers at the village level.
💡 In-depth knowledge of children's malnutrition, maternal child health, and public health issues.
🌐 Fluent in spoken and written English.
💡 Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
