📝 Job Description:

🕺 Oversee activities as they proceed.

📋 Ensure all necessary staff materials are available for all activities, reserve a room or space for the event, and develop & distribute promotional materials in advance of programming.

🧹 Inventory supplies and maintain a neat and tidy equipment space.

🤸‍♂️ Facilitate group and individual activities per the monthly activities calendar.

🔐 Secure all equipment and facilities at the end of the events.

🏃‍♂️ Running the event from the beginning until finished and reporting.

✅ Requirements:

🎪 Have experience as an event coordinator or teacher.

❤️ Love children.

⏰ Full-time availability.

📍 Located in Ubud.

📅 Start date: Immediately.
