Role
To supervise technical support to engineering and operations with respect to the Precious Metal Recovery Plant through in depth analysis of machine performance and processes and influence conditioning monitoring and predictive maintenance as well as technical training to increase productivity and plant availability.
To supervise inspection and analysis of product quality to check variance in specification and assistance in rectification towards minimising rejections.
To supervise implementation of Standard Operating Processes, and relevant statutory, safety, health, environment norms and enable continuous training of team
Incumbent Specifications (Preferred)
Graduate in Chemical Engineering; Mineral Processing; Pyrometallurgy; Metallurgical Engineering; Process Engineering
Minimum 7 years of experience in relevant department industry. Several years 3 – 7 supervisory or capacity in the relevant department industry.
Domain knowledge of operations of process plants
