The role of the Senior Planner SAP Preventive Maintenance - Corrective Maintenance is responsible to coordinate the day to day activities with Facility and services supervisor, including but not limited to, Plumbing, Electrical, Air conditioning, Refrigeration, Potable water / Waste water treatment and fuel, monitor and controlling man-hours available.

Job Description:

Responsible to manage the section prepare work packages for every planned maintenance activity inclusive of preventive and corrective maintenance.

Plan and arrange all activities related with equipment maintenance to enhance equipment and plant accessibility and competence supporting site production supplies.

Prepares detailed critical path plans and job cards, including equipment and materials lists for major jobs such as planned projects.

Ensures that equipment and material are available when required.

Serve as a liaison between maintenance and operations.

Maintain records and files essential to maintenance management.

Coordinate with maintenance staff, contractors, and external vendors.

Prepare preventive maintenance plans that are aligned with the organization’s maintenance goals.

Requirement :

Bachelor degree qualification in Civil / Electrical / Industrial / process engineering;

Have minimum 10 years experiences in Corrective and Preventive Maintenance Planning for Facilities asset and equipment, and at least 4 years working experiences in similar role as Senior Maintenance Planner.

Have experience with SAP Software;

Proficiency with Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) software;

Have knowledge in Computerized Maintenance Management System, PC and Software applications;

Experience with project management software and tools

Have good organizational skills; Excellent attention to detail; Have strong analytical skills; Safety first mindset; Good contractor management skills; Team player; Good interpersonal skills; High level Communication skills; Problem detection and resolution skills are essential;

Good in communication skills in English both verbal and written; computer literate.
