The Margaret, a new two-storey restaurant in the heart of Canggu offering a mix of Italian and Mediterranean cuisine in an all-day dining concept, is currently looking for talented individuals to join our amazing team.
🌐 PURCHASING STAFF
REQUIREMENTS:
🎓 Bachelor of Accounting/Art of Purchasing from reputable universities;
🕒 Experience in this position for at least 2 years;
🔄 Strong understanding of purchasing processes;
🔍 Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, responsibility, punctuality, and accuracy;
💬 Excellent negotiation skills with suppliers local or import;
🔄 Experiences with IIKO inventory management software is a plus;
📊 Ability to work with large amounts of data,
🇬🇧 English proficiency at least at B1 level.
FUNCTIONS:
📚 Maintain the accounting records for the restaurant;
📑 Work with primary documents (receiving/expense invoices, internal transfers, write-offs, sales act, etc.);
📦 Conduct inventory (identify the causes if surpluses and shortages, prepare reports);
📊 Regular reporting on food cost movements;
🔄 Control the write-offs item of the restaurant kitchen and production;
📉 Display restaurant losses in the form of regular reporting:
👥 Interact with departments on the issue of introducing a new menu;
📋 Perform other tasks assigned by the Chief Accounting.
