PT. Rezka Nayatama is an Indonesian solution-based company established in 2020 with its head office located in Tangerang, Indonesia. We focus on processing Konjac Roots (Elephant Foot Yam) to produce Konjac Flour and Glucomannan Flour, which we utilize to solve health, economic, and social needs.

 Role Description

 

This is a full-time on-site role for an Engineer at PT. Rezka Nayatama located in Sekotong. The Engineer will be responsible for overseeing daily operations related to processing Konjac Roots, ensuring that equipment is functioning optimally and making necessary repairs and adjustments as needed. Additionally, the Engineer will design and implement new processes and equipment to improve efficiency and productivity, manage project timelines, and maintain safety standards.

 Qualifications

 

Proficiency in Engineering fundamentals and equipment maintenance

Experience in designing and implementing new processes and equipment

Ability to analyze and troubleshoot problems in a manufacturing process

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with peers, employees, and managers

Knowledge of safety standards and regulations

Bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, or related field

Experience in food processing is a plus
