Commissioning Manager reports to the Project Director - Engineering, and is responsible for the overall planning, execution, and successful completion for the commissioning and hand over of the Project. This role involves provide strategic leadership, commissioning management, and technical expertise to ensure that the project is delivered according to the specified scope, quality, and safety standards.

Site - Sumbawa, full time 5 days on/ 2 days off

Required Technical Skills, Training & Experience

Mandatory Requirements for this position:

Aspect Minimal Required Preferred Or Specialized Education

 B Tech or a bachelor’s degree inthe following Engineering fields:Mining / Metallurgy or Chemical Engineering

 Certification in project management, such as PMP(Project ManagementProfessional) Experience

 A minimum of 10-15 years commissioning experience in Mill Process plants or Oil & Gas industry

 Ability to optimise resourceutilisation and control costs.

 In-depth understanding for the commissioning of Gold & Copper mine Process plants.

 Strong leadership abilities toguide and motivate a diverseproject team.

 Ability to make informed andtimely decisions to keep theproject on track.

 Lead a team of disciplineEngineers in preparation and execution of commissioning of process plants assuming entire responsibility for the completion of the implementation in conformance with the client’s needs and HSSE standards.
