Some of your duties will include:
Support in designing and implementing monitoring and evaluation systems for social impact programs.
Develop and implement monitoring plans for social impact programs, including the development of indicators, data collection tools, and data management systems.
Collect and analyze data from social impact programs, ensuring accuracy and completeness of data.
Prepare reports on program performance, including progress reports, annual reports, and impact assessments.
Work with program teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance program effectiveness.
Support in providing training and technical assistance to program teams on monitoring and evaluation.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that monitoring and evaluation systems are aligned with program objectives and meet donor requirements.
Participate in the development of proposals and grant applications, providing technical input on monitoring and evaluation activities.
Stay up-to-date with best practices in monitoring and evaluation, and share knowledge and expertise with colleagues
Provide recognition and feedback for workplace achievement in a timely and appropriate manner.
What skills and experience do you need?
Bachelor's degree in social sciences, statistics, or a related field.
Hold an operational inspector certificate or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of position.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, preferably in the social impact sector
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders, including program teams, donors, and implementing partners.
Strong analytical skills and experience in data collection, management, and analysis.
Proficiency in relevant software and databases, including Microsoft Office, SPSS, and other data analysis tools
