Position Overview:

A scheduler is responsible for the creation and management of schedules in SAP, focusing on both Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM). The position will ensure Maintenance Orders (MO) are created, updated, and closed appropriately. The position will also handle the updating of the database, report the status of MO, and manage all related tasks within SAP.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage schedules in SAP for both Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM).
Ensure all scheduling is done timely and accurately, taking into consideration resource availability and operational needs.
Create MOs based on the requirements and schedule.
Ensure timely closure of MOs once maintenance activities are completed.
Update the database with relevant MO information.
Regularly report the status of MOs, highlighting any delays or discrepancies.
Provide stakeholders with detailed and summary reports as required.
Ensure the database is updated with all relevant MO information.
Perform periodic checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Work closely with the maintenance team and other relevant departments to ensure smooth scheduling and execution of maintenance activities.
 

Qualifications:

Tertiary degree majoring of Information Systems.
Has working experience at least 5 years in similiar position and proficient in SAP with specific expertise in PM & CM modules.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Detail-oriented with a keen focus on accuracy.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Willing to work onsite (Sumbawa)
