About the role:

We are on the lookout for an exceptional Commissioning Manager to join our team and lead the charge on the Batu Hijau Expansion Project.

The Commissioning Manager reports to the Project Director - Engineering, and is responsible for the overall planning, execution, and successful completion for the commissioning and handover of the Batu Hijau Expansion Project (BHEP). This role involves providing strategic leadership, commissioning management, and technical expertise to ensure that the project is delivered according to the specified scope, quality, and safety standards.

Mandatory Requirements:

• B Tech or bachelor’s in mining/Metallurgy/Chemical Engineering

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification

• A minimum of 10-15 years commissioning experience in Mill Process plants or Oil & Gas industry

• In-depth understanding for the commissioning of Gold & Copper mine Process plants.

• Strong leadership abilities to guide and motivate a diverse project team.

• Ability to make informed and timely decisions to keep the project on track.

• Lead a team of discipline Engineers in preparation and execution of commissioning of process plants assuming entire responsibility for the completion of the implementation in conformance with the client’s needs and HSSE standards.
