📋 Requirements:
🌐 Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably in hospitality or events.
🏰 Familiarity with managing multiple venues simultaneously is a plus.
👥 Leadership experience, demonstrating the ability to lead and motivate teams.
🎓 High school diploma or equivalent.
✍️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
🗃️ Superb organizational skills.
🤝 Outstanding interpersonal skills.
📚 A willingness to learn.
🔄 Ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
💻 Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
📊 Expertise or familiarity with Data entry (e.g., sales records, employee performance reviews).
🖥️ Familiarity with relevant technologies, including point-of-sale systems, scheduling software, and other operational tools.
💰 Basic financial understanding to manage budgets, control costs, and contribute to overall profitability.
🏝️ Applicants should be able to relocate/live in Bali.
