SUPERINTENDENT ASSET INSURANCE & RISK MANAGEMENT PT Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara Sumbawa NTB

Some of your duties will include:

Insurance relevant to company Operation and Projects, including;

- Claim : 

a) Monitor the accident report to see if there’s any potential claim should be follow up.

b) Assist the asset appraisal process for the insurable asset (coordinate the visit, data compilation, take the asset appraiser for site tour)

c) Assist with the accident investigation to find the root cause of accident event that can triggered insurance claim

d) Assist with the insurance claim submission process until completion.

e) Work together with SCM Dept. and Internal Audit for asset recovery from the accident resulting in total loss claim (e.g. tender to sell the salvage asset)

f) Review and ensure the accuracy of the asset appraisal report from the asset appraisal consultant.

- Extension and Renewal

a) Assist in monitoring the company sum insured and follow up with the insurance broker for any increase from the original sum insured.

b) Assist with the extension / renewal process of the company insurance policy prior to the expiration date.

c) Assist the risk engineer survey activity at site and review and follow up the recommendation from the survey.

Insurance Control 
Assist with the development of Business Continuity Plan and Business Continuity Management.
Collaborates with various departments for risk mitigation and to review and assess the level of risk in our operation to avoid the property damage type of accident.
 What skills and experience do you need?

College/University Degree with minimum 15 years’ experience related with insurance broker or loss adjuster background.
At least have 5 years’ working experience in similar role as Superintendent Insurance & Risk Management 
Strong understanding and application of risk management principles.
Financial knowledge and commercially minded, innovative mindset and openness to new ideas.
Proficient to advanced skills with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Strong communication skills in Bahasa and English (written and verbal) and formal presentations skills.
Has related certification required for this position.
Ability to self-direct, analyze and evaluate and form independent judgements. 
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through; Team player with positive attitude and strong work ethic; Ability to effectively interact and build relationships with senior management and external stakeholders; Commercially savvy with ability to exercise discretion with respect to highly confidential/sensitive information; Integrity, ethical standards and sound judgment.
Require/ willing to work in remote area
