Manage the front desk team

Create training manuals for check-in and check-out processes

Obtain positive reviews on Google and Booking.com

🌟 Requirements:

Great attitude and fluent in English

Proactive problem solver and a team player

Ability to follow up, accomplish tasks, and report to key managers
