Job Description:
Monitor & Update Reservation with Reception Infinity check in/check out.
Check submission of Function Request Visitor
Monitor & update Summary Camp Townsite & Housing.
Update Booking Reservation of Guest House & Apartment.
Approval of BRMS - Camp Verification.
Approval of Badge Return - Camp Verification.
Organize & Allocate Camp Area Townsite (Input, Update & follow up Email).
Submit ERMS Vendor and follow up Registration System.
Follow up arrangement Accommodation Visitor & New Hire.
Check the invoicing supporting document of all Vendors related Camp, Housekeeping and Cleaning Services.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in information technology/ computer science or System information
Professional certification or license in scaffold design or construction
Having 4-5 years of experience in helpdesk camp and catering services position.
Experience in manage Housekeeping and Cleaning Activities is highly desirable.
Familiarity with analysis data in the Software related camp management (Infinity) .
Professional certification or licensure in scaffolding design or construction may be preferred.
Knowledge and skills in reporting Camp & Housing Data. (Camp & Housing Resident Status, Packmeal Production, Laundry Production etc.
Computer skill of SAP application.
