WEDDING PLANNER
(Full Time)
🎉 Responsibilities:
📅 Event planning, design, and production within time limits
🤝 Working with clients to identify their needs and ensure customer satisfaction
🎪 Organizing facilities and details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, etc
🚀 Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day
📊 Conduct pre- and post-event evaluations and report on outcomes
📋 Qualifications:
🕐 Have experience in a similar position for around 1 until 2 years in a hotel or wedding organizer
🗣️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both English and Bahasa)
🏨 Hotel and tourism background is a plus
💪 Strong in Wedding and have great communication skills verbally and in writing
😇 Good personality and organizational skills
⏳ Able to join immediately
🌪️ Able to work under pressure
👁️ Good eye for details
🤝 Reliable, hard work, and teamwork is a must
⏰ Excellent time management skills
💼 Sales skills and the ability to build productive business relationships
🔄 Ability to manage multiple projects independently
💻 MS Office proficiency
📃 Willing to submit references from previous clients
