Job Description:

Develop and refine business processes within the Mine Warehouse to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency. 

Upgrade existing procedures to ensure they align with industry best practices and the specific needs of the Mine Warehouse. 

Utilize SAP/IMAFS data to identify areas for KPI improvement and implement measures to enhance performance. 

Provide regular, detailed reports to management and the Mine Warehouse Operations team, offering insights into KPI progress and areas of focus.

Ensure all initiatives and improvements align with company standards and contribute to the overall success of warehouse operations.

Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to warehouse operations, inventory, and supply chain processes. 

Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement through data-driven insights; 

Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and measure warehouse performance.

Evaluate existing warehouse processes and workflows to identify areas for optimization.

Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase accuracy.

Conduct regular reviews of operational procedures to ensure alignment with industry best practices;

Work closely with IT teams to implement and optimize SAP/IMAFS and Warehouse Management System and other relevant technologies.

Provide expertise in selecting, configuring, and integrating technology solutions to streamline operations.

Support the implementation of automation and robotics to improve warehouse processes

Prepare and deliver regular reports to management, summarizing key performance metrics and highlighting areas for improvement.

Requirement :

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mining, Information System (IT) or a closely related field

Proven experience as a business analyst, preferably in a warehouse or supply chain management. At least 8 years of experience in Business Analyst in Mining Company or a related field

Experience in SAP or other ERP system for Inventory Control and Warehouse

Experience in external parties such as user, SCM and Other Departments

Strong understanding of relevant safety and environmental regulations

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques

Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and familiarity with relevant technologies

Understand the business process and ERP system related with Warehouse
