To manage and lead the power plant Control and Instrumentation Engineering Support team to ensure required plant generation targets, availability and reliability are achieved in a safe, efficient, economic, and environmentally sound manner whilst complying with company policies, procedures and regulations.

Some of your duties will include:

Ensure compliance with all ROI laws/regulation such as certification and inspection of various electrical equipment.

Develop maintenance standards and guidelines for Power Plant equipment.

Develop spare parts purchasing plan for all Power Plant equipment.

Responsible for control and Instrumentation condition-based monitoring/preventative maintenance activity of power plant facilities including management of contract manpower, scheduling, reporting and follow-up actions.

Lead Investigation and provide reports and recommend corrective actions for Power Plant equipment failures and/or damage.

Lead entry and maintenance of C&I data into the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).

Reviews subcontractors' proposals for services/equipment and submit evaluation for decision.

Ensure technical correspondence, operating history and configuration records are maintained.

Keeps the Engineering & Support Superintendent informed of plant operating status and equipment problems.

Provides technical expertise and guidance to management and others inside and outside the company on engineering issues.

Designs, coordinates, conducts, and evaluates C&I/ projects/ programs/systems, etc e.g., retrofit program, plant performance analysis and review/advise recommended repairs of various C&I components.

Reviews engineering specifications and drawings, proposing design modifications to improve reliability within cost and other performance requirements.

Identifies need for and revises procedures to upgrade quality, clarity, and to reflect current technological and operational philosophies.

Maintains accurate records and submits all required reports in a timely manner.

Act as Engineering & Support Superintendent as required.

Other duties as assigned.

What skills and experience do you need?

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with minimum 8 years’ related experiences.

Have minimum 5 years’ experiences in similar role and level in similar industry.

Knowledge and experience with RCM, FMEA and risk management methods.

Proficiency at conveying technical information.

High computer literacy with all business and maintenance related software functions

Advanced knowledge of the typical plant layout, equipment and systems of a large industrial complex.

Good written and oral communication skills

Deep Knowledge of all areas of control & instrumentation and work planning.

Competency and Knowledge of the basic plant layout, equipment and systems of a large industrial project.

Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) sufficient to undertake this role.

Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.

Strong computer skills and be competent in all Microsoft Office software programs, as well as project-specific software.

Willing to work with regular working hours schedule in Batu Hijau Site, Sumbawa.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; good in coaching/mentoring; good analytical; conflict resolution.
