Job Description:
To oversee maintenance of Instrumentation and Control Systems of the SAP, Slag Concentrator, Utilities and associated infrastructure and equipment at the Amman Mineral Industri Copper Smelter complex at Sumbawa Island in Indonesia in order to maximize uptime of the plant and machinery.
To oversee all statutory compliances and adherence to health, safety, environment norms with respect to instrumentation and control maintenance
To review, evaluate, analyze daily shift reports to make decisions that satisfy operational, maintenance, safety and engineering guidelines.
To maintain record of instrument maintenance, repair and Inspection services, preparing JHA, SOP’s and proposes modification in existing system or proposes new instrumentation system for improving efficiency, safety, quality and cost optimization.
To prepare annual budget for the assigned areas, reviewing inventory of spares and initiating requisitions for spare parts and services.
Requirements:
Graduate Engineer in Electronics/ E&C/ Instrumentation Engineering
7-10 years in Instrumentation & control maintenance of SAP/Slag concentrator/Utilities or Process plants with at least 3-5 years of experience of leading teams
Understanding of DCS/PLC /HMI/SCADA/Modular Control system programming & Fault diagnosis: Honeywell/Siemens/Atlas Copco/ABB
Proficiency in Industrial communication protocols viz Profinet, TCP/IP Ethernet , Modbus & Profibus.
Thorough understanding of Installation, commissioning, selection, calibration, configuration of field instruments& Engineering Drawings.
