Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: Gili Meno, North Lombok
1. Managing Operations: Oversee daily operations, manage staff, schedules, inventory and facilities to maintain an unparalleled guest experience.
2. Ensure Perfect Guest Experience: Uphold and elevate service standards, ensuring every guest encounter reflects the pinnacle of beachfront luxury and comfort.
3. Financial Management: Monitor revenues and expenses, prepare budgets, collaborate closely with other managers and provide detailed information and insights.
4. Team Leadership: Motivate and lead a team to deliver exceptional service; provide guidance, training, and foster a positive work environment.
5. Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing specialists to develop and implement promotional campaigns and initiatives to drive visits and maximize occupancy.
Experience
Hospitality industry knowledge: past and proven experience at hospitality management, preferably in food and beverage, navigating challenges posed by remote island locations.
Analytical and strategic skills: The ability to analyze and interpret data, identify trends, and make strategic decisions based on insights is important for optimizing distribution performance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are valuable in this role.
Strategic Vision: Demonstrated expertise in crafting and executing strategic plans within the hospitality industry. Your ability to foresee industry trends and adapt operations accordingly will be invaluable in elevating our beach club's offerings amidst the challenges of remote island locations.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Proven experience collaborating across diverse teams and departments within a hospitality setting. Your ability to foster synergy among teams, from operations to marketing and finance, will drive cohesive strategies that amplify guest experiences and financial performance.
Adaptability and Resilience: Demonstrated resilience in managing and thriving amid changing circumstances. Your capacity to adapt strategies and operations to varying demands and unforeseen situations will be crucial in ensuring continuous success and guest satisfaction.
