Some of your duties will include:

Responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a variety of HR project program aimed at enhancing the overall effectiveness of the HR function and supporting the strategic goals of the expansion project/ organization.
Ensure implementation of company HR policies and procedures that align with the company's culture, values and objectives.
Responsible to organize, planning and manage massive recruitment to ensure the fulfillment of the manpower needs of the project expansion operation and able to combine local and non-local source within the recruitment process.
Developing and implementing strategies to ensure optimal utilization of workforce within the organization:
 (a) Workforce Analysis: ensure regular assessments of current staffing levels and analyze workforce trends conduct properly; Collaborate with department heads to understand current and future staffing requirements.
 (b) Forecasting and planning future workforce needs: develop and implement workforce planning strategies to meet the organization's short-term and long-term goals, utilize data analysis and predictive modeling to forecast future workforce needs; Analyzing current staffing levels;
 (c) Collaborating with various departments to ensure a skilled and balanced workforce.
 (d) Resource Allocation: Collaborate with department managers to optimize resource allocation and ensure efficiency in staffing levels; Provide recommendations for resource adjustments based on workload and project requirements.
 (e) Data Management: ensure for accuracy and up-to-date workforce data; Generate reports and present findings to senior management to support decision-making.
Managing contractors and labor supply involves overseeing the recruitment, deployment, and performance of external workers to ensure the successful execution of projects and daily operations
Oversee the development and implementation of training programs for employees, including health and safety training, technical skills training, and leadership development.
Manage the HR information system and ensure that employee data is accurate and up-to-date.
Manage the employee benefits program, including negotiating with benefit providers and ensuring that benefits are competitive and cost-effective.
Monitor HR trends and best practices and make recommendations to senior management on how to improve the company's HR practices.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees, managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that HR is seen as a strategic partner to the business.
Manage HR audits and compliance reviews to ensure that the company is in compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
Develop and implement employee wellness programs that promote employee health and wellbeing.
Develop and implement diversity and inclusion strategies that promote a diverse and inclusive workforce.


What skills and experience do you need?

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
15+ years of HR management experience in a complexed mining industry/company, with a demonstrated track record of success; Has some extensive years of experience in HR, with a focus on project management.
Proven track record of successfully managing HR projects from conception to completion.
Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices; Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including federal and state labor laws, EEO laws, and occupational health and safety regulations.
Proficiency with HR technology and systems, including HRIS, ATS, and payroll systems.
Knowledge of best practices in HR management, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and compliance.
Knowledge of the mining industry, including the technical skills required for mining operations and project expansion / project development activities.
Experience developing and implementing HR strategies and policies that align with business objectives.
Experience managing manpower planning, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, industrial and employee relations, contractors and labor supply management, and compliance programs.
Experience managing budgets and expenses related to HR functions.
Experience working with senior management and department heads to develop and execute HR programs and initiatives.
Strong leadership and management skills, including the ability to lead and develop a team of HR professionals; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions; Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment; Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to resolve complex employee relations issues.
Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.
