PT Stier Estate Developments is a Real Estate Family Investment Business, seeking becoming a big player in the filed of Construction/Development for Lombok, in line with the rules and regulations, focusing on Bamboo Structures and Sustainable Construction.
What we look for:
We are looking for a Project Manager - for BAMBOO Construction who can lead an upcoming new project. You’ll be the protagonist of the project, representing our investment and coordinating with Sub-Contracting parties for various scopes of work. This could be Structures, MEP, Architectural Design and Bamboo.
You shall be able to create a team of people i.e. Site Supervisors, Structural Engineers, Bore-pile experts to quality control the works done by Sub-Contracting Parties.
To succeed in this role, you should have the leading skills and thriving the project towards the expectations of the project owner. You shall have minimum 5 Years of experience in executing BAMBOO Projects ( Track Record and References needed )
Requirements and Skills
Previous experience as a Head Project Manager in BAMBOO Construction
Excellent knowledge of construction methods and regulations
Hands-on experience 5 years with AutoCAD and Sketch-up
Data-driven mindset with excellent mathematical skills
BOQ and Price negotiation skills
Good English communication ability (both written and verbal)
Attention to detail
Degree in Structural Engineering; a Master’s degree is a plus
Willing to work in lombok

Tasks & responsibilities
Head Project Management - leading the project
Design structures, such as buildings and infrastructure
Measure loads and pressures caused by environmental or human influence
Follow construction safety guidelines
Choose appropriate materials based on structural specifications
Monitor on-site construction processes and supervise construction workers
Prepare and allocate budgets
Track and report on project progress
Collaborate with contractors and project managers
Attention to progress and detail
Quality Control of Construction works
