Job Position:
SYSTEM ANALYST
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Management, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of work experience as a System Analyst or related position in software development.
In-depth understanding of Agile methodology, Business Analysis, System Analysis, and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with various parties, including end-users, developers, and management.
Expertise in analyzing business needs, defining functional and non-functional requirements, and compiling business analysis documents.
Ability to design technical solutions that meet business needs and translate requirements into clear system designs.
Knowledge of system architecture, databases, system integration, and user interface design concepts.
Experience using business process modeling tools, such as flowcharts or UML.
Understanding of the latest technology and trends in business analysis and software development.
Strong analytical skills to identify problems, propose solutions, and coordinate their implementation.
Experience conducting interviews and meetings with stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of business needs.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team while adhering to tight schedules.
Ability to create detailed documentation of performed analysis, such as FSD, ERD, Use Case Diagram, System Process, and other related documents.
Job Description:
