🌟 General Jobdesk:

Manage and oversee all SPA operations and SPA staff.

Monitoring and ensuring standards are met and Guests' expectations are exceeded.

Ensuring to achieve monthly revenue budget.

🌿 Assist and develop SPA packages with Sales, Marketing, and PR consultants.

🌟 Work Experience:

Minimum 3 years experience in the same position.

Positive attitude towards supervising & leading a team.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; customer service skills; teamwork; multitasking; and basic knowledge of MS Office.
