Qualifications:
Market research skills, i.e. able to gather, identify customer problems, and find product solutions;
At least 5 years of experience in retail operations as a sales manager;
Have a good understanding of retail business and market connection;
Disciplined, responsible, have good communication skills and high leadership spirit.
Job Description:
Build good relationships with customers;
Ensure, organize the division of tasks, order, and carry out discipline to comply with any company regulations or responsibilities from superiors;
Supervise and organize product availability;
Implement sales plans based on trend analysis, market conditions, customer needs, and stock to achieve departmental financial results;
Write reports on sales activities.
