- Strong background as a Chef, especially in Asian cuisine.
- Proficiency in F&B management.
- Can create unique and high-quality menus.
- Proven ability to boost revenue.
- Innovative and updated on F&B standards & quality.
- Able to speak English fluently.
- Good computer skills.
- Excellent leadership and management abilities.
- Can handle pressure while maintaining reliability, dependability, and integrity.
- Overseas experience is a plus.
- Willingness to work in Lombok and other remote BPG properties.
- Immediate availability to join the team.
