Position:

Location: Sumbawa, NTB

General Overview:

• End-to-end HR activities (recruitment, people development, performance management, implementation of HR policies, and general HR administration)

• Reporting to the Regional Human Resources Executive

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in HR Operations or Generalist or similar role with a minimum bachelor's degree

• Expertise in plantation, agriculture, and startup technology is preferable

• Knowledge of Indonesia's labor law implementation

• Robust critical thinking & vital administration skill

• Able to work in a fast-paced organization

• Good written and spoken English is mandatory
