Requirements:
Minimum 1-year of experience in a similar role at a 4/5-star international hotel.
Strong background in Food and Beverages.
Proficient in guest engagement and communications.
Proven ability to ensure guest satisfaction.
Innovative and creative.
Able to speak English fluently.
Good computer skills.
Demonstrated exceptional sales skills.
Thrives in high-pressure environments while maintaining reliability, dependability, and integrity.
Overseas experience is a plus.
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to work in Lombok and other remote locations within BPG properties.
Immediate availability to join the team.
