• 3 years experience in a similar position
• Fluent in English
• Strong in organization, good communication skills and willing to learn

• Hands on leadership
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
• Assist the Operational Department to establish and maintain an ongoing quality improvement program.
• Attend to operational problems and needs promptly including customer complaints, enquiries and requests.
• Practice positive problem solving and win approaches in all aspects of customer service.
