POSITION: STAR (CREW)
Responsibilities:
Checking tickets, ushering customers
Selling tickets & F&B products, including promotions & upselling
Receiving feedback/complaints from customers
Checking the auditorium, locating and reporting lost items to Cinema Manager
Monitoring room temperature
Monitoring lobby and toilet areas to ensure cleanliness and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Minimum Senior High School Diploma
Representative and proportional appearance
No visible tattoos
Age: 18 - 23 years old
Knowledge and skills in customer service
Willingness to work shifts on weekdays/weekends
