Technical Skills and Experience
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma 3 (D3) of related study for a supervisory
position and a Diploma 1 (D1) for a rank & file position.
• Have working experience in a hotel industry for at least 1 year in the same position
(for the junior positions) or 3 years (for the senior/leadership positions). ⚫ Has an ability to work in a team.
Has a strong leadership skills (for the leadership positions) ⚫ Possesses the potential for advancement and development in hospitality industry.
• Able to work within multi-cultural workforces of differing levels of education. • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Has an enthusiasm to develop own skills and knowledge.
⚫ Has an ability to adapt to change and willingness to embrace new ideas and processes.
⚫ Has an ability to work with low supervision and deliver quality work.
⚫ Possesses team player qualities.
