Front Office Coordinator

With the following qualifications:
- Previous success in office management
- Ability to adapt to changing situations in a calm and professional manner
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to speak and write effectively and to analyze, edit, review and interpret complex material
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information and work with minimal supervision Proficient with - - MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel and Outlook. Quickbooks experience beneficial
- Thorough knowledge of modern office equipment, including multi-phone lines systems, fax, copiers, scanners, etc
- Ability to plan and supervise the work of others
- Thorough knowledge of administrative practices and procedures 
- Be service-oriented with the ability to pay attention to details in a fast-paced environment
