Well-developed computer skills particularly in the use of MS Office, email, hotel reservations system PMS and basic systems interface.
Minimum 2-years work experience as Reservations/Front Office Team Leader/Supervisor in an International hotel.
Has a comprehensive knowledge of business needs, market demands and productivity requirements.
An experience in holding Front Desk daily operations is preferable.
Understands and respects local culture, able to adapt to changing environment.
Has a strong leadership skills.
Well-developed reporting and analytical skills.
Has high level of attention to detail.
Has an ability to work with low supervision and deliver quality work.
Possesses the potential for advancement and development in Rooms Division Management.
