Job Description:
- Good analytical thinking, and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Develop and organize productive general routine to ensure smooth running of the school
- Prioritize students’ development and well-being, while ensuring a safe and fun learning environment.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with parents, students, outside agencies and the local community to establish and maintain the orderly operation of the school.
- Provide leadership and administration which will motivate and support teachers for growth and development.
- Oversee school housekeeping and financial budget, as well as creating marketing strategies to enhance market presence.
Qualifications:
- Warm and caring personality, cheerful and energetic, willing to learn new things and love children.
- Bachelor Degree, majoring in Education or related fields with min. 5 years working experience in early childhood education fields.
- At least 2 years of leadership experiences in kindergarten or pre-school.
- Strong leadership and excellent communication skills, creative and highly motivated.
- Familiar with pre-school or early childhood curriculum and standards.
- Good proficiency in the use of English Language.
- Good computer literacy, proficient in using social media and basic editing applications.
