-Looking after daily operations.
-Hiring and training new staff
-maintaining budget
-ordering supplies
-creating and maintaining work schedules.

* Be fluent in English
* Have minimum 3 years experience in the same or similar role or ex owner of cafe/restaurant
* Have a degree or diploma in hospitality management (depends on experience)
* Be able to work with Microsoft Office
* Good communication and leadership skills
