QUALIFICATIONS
* Passion for cooking with creative ingredients
* A leader not a boss
* A creative flair
* Managing a small team
* Used to working in a high volume environment
*Likes to train and develop others
* Experience in local and Western
(Spanish is a plus!) cuisine
* Likes to be hands on and lead the team from the front
* Experience with creating menus, costing,
wastage management, ordering, stock etc..
* Strong health & safety knowledge
* A stable work history
