HIRING JUNIOR & SENIOR DESIGNERS
BOUTIQUE TROPICAL DESIGN STUDIO (NEW VENTURE)
We are launching a small design-build studio focused on boutique hospitality projects and are looking for designers to join us from the ground up.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture
Minimum 1 year of experience working as a designer
Fluent in Indonesian and English is a must
Strong technical drawing skills and proficiency in design software
Good eye for materials, layout, and spatial flow
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and driven to perform
Highly organized and able to work independently
Start date: April or May 2026
WHAT WE OFFER:
Opportunity to work on unique hospitality and residential projects
40-hour work week, Monday to Friday
Monthly salary approximately 4–6 million IDR (negotiable depending on experience)
Opportunity to grow within a design company and gain experience in high-end hospitality projects
Opportunity to work on-site, in our island office, and/or remotely (some travel may be required)
Office based in the Gilis, with the possibility to work remotely part of the time
