A well-establish villa complex in Kuta, Lombok is looking for an experienced Restaurant & F&B Manager to lead the revamp and reopening of its restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Lead the redevelopment and relaunch of the restaurant concept

·      Oversee daily restaurant and F&B operations

·      Manage and train service teams to deliver high service standards

·      Work closely with management on strategy, positioning, and profitability

·      Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen, service, and guest experience

Requirements:

·      Indonesian nationality

·      Strong experience in restaurant and F&B operations
