Working Location: Project Site – West Sumbawa

Working Schedule: Regular working days 5:2 (Monday-Friday)

Some of your duties will include:

Responsible for providing engineering design, technical review, and project support related to structural and architectural works for mining infrastructure and processing facilities.

Ensures that all structural and architectural designs comply with engineering standards, safety regulations, constructability requirements, and project specifications while supporting capital project development.

1) Engineering Design & Technical Support

Develop and review structural and architectural designs for mining facilities.

Prepare engineering drawings, calculations, specifications, and material requirements.

Support preparation of FEED, basic engineering, and detailed engineering packages.

Ensure designs comply with ACI, AISC, Eurocode, SNI, and applicable standards.

2) Project Development & Engineering Coordination

Provide engineering support during concept, feasibility, and project execution stages.

Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Review engineering deliverables from EPC/EPCM contractors and consultants.

Participate in design review and value engineering workshops.

3) Structural Analysis & Building Design

Perform structural analysis for process plants, conveyor galleries, crusher buildings, pipe racks, and industrial facilities.

Evaluate foundations, steel structures, reinforced concrete systems, and seismic considerations.

4) Architectural Design & Infrastructure Planning

Support architectural planning for office buildings, control rooms, workshops, warehouses, and accommodation facilities.

Ensure designs meet operational requirements, safety standards, and environmental considerations.

5) Construction Support

Provide technical assistance during construction activities.

Review shop drawings, method statements, and contractor submissions.

Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with specifications.

Resolve field engineering issues

What skills and experience do you need?

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture

Minimum 3–7 years of experience in structural or architectural engineering with at least 4 years' experience in similar role in mining, heavy industry, or EPC projects preferred

Experience supporting plant construction or industrial infrastructure projects

Strong technical competencies in structural analysis and design, reinforced concrete and steel structure design, industrial building and infrastructure design, and is proficient in engineering software such as ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD, SAFE, as well as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM.

Demonstrates strong behavioral competencies, including analytical thinking, effective problem‑solving, collaborative teamwork, clear technical communication, and solid planning and organizational skills.

Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate
